Allies in Action Membership Network is intended for non-people of color, most often, white allies who wish to support the work of Women of Color in Fundraising and Philanthropy and the work of people and communities of color in general. While it champions WOC, Allies in Action is not a gender-centric organization and both men and women are welcome to join.
